Just continue to run, your not going to see huge changes overnight. Mix up the training as well, do normal distance running one day, and then interval training (walk/jog/sprint) the next.

Ofcourse I'm already surpast this.
I'm at my maximum right now, better results will require me to use doping or lose more muscle.
Was just wondering about the side effects of this :)

Is there a website for this physical test you need to take? Even the US Marine only requires like an 8 minute mile.

Well its 2700 meters in 12 minutes but when you have to take the test they show you the run, so they make you run it normal speed so you ran 2.7km and then they let you recover 30/45 second and then you can take the real test 2.7km in 12 mins. So I always aimed at 3km to be safe, and I think us and nl are the same then in time requirements.

3K in 12 minutes...yea your heart rate is gonna be fucking high by the end. caffeine increases your heart rate immensely...I wouldn't do both together...probably at risk of heart exploding.

they don't test your blood in the military, they piss you ~once a month. i went 2 years without being tested at one point; luck of the draw.

i knew guys smoking weed / doin coke, and they were in for years.

op you should research what you're putting into your body, you will wreak havoc on your heart doing that.

and who is making you do a cooper test to get into the military? i've never heard of that for iet service members, let alone even sof guys

What the fuck?

First off: Passing the coopers test is childs play, what you WANT to do before joining any armed forces, is focus on your hiking with a heavy backpack.
You want to start working out your back, abs and glutes.

Running is fucking ridiculous, there is no scenario in a serious squad where you'll need to be able to run especially far.
Also, training with sups would defeat the purpose, as during your time as a recruit, you'll be denied access to any and all supplements.

The most likely reason for feeling like shit, is the amount of sugar in pre's. When doing cardio, you're burning through it faster, and your bloodsugar drops way too low.
Happened to me as well, I changed pre. Using Neurocore right now, which is perfect for me. I'd reccomend trying different ones untill you find one that's good for you.

Also, jogging and using preworkout must be one of the stupidest combinations I've ever heard of..

good points, my biggest issue first couple months was my lower back was not ready to ruck with 40+lbs of gear.

you can also buy the active ingredients in bulk and make your own preworkout. I did it with beta alanine, l-carnitine etc. etc. except I didn't use caffeine or creatine like some do
