it's not me, im not without psychotic issues though, im just not familiar with these specific things - on serious levels

there is no subtance being abused
major stress or anxiety is in every day life tbh on a pretty serious scale - im pretty positive that that's a large part of it - but i'm more looking for methods to deal with the false realities

have you dealt with it first hand?

any forms of meditation/breathing exercises, other methods to even ease it that you know have worked?

You can't really deal with it well until you know the cause for it. It can be due to physical conditions affecting the brain, infections or hormones etc being imbalanced.
Improving your coping skills could be a way to decrease the effects if it's based on stress/anxiety, but my tips is to visit a professional first hand so real tests can be made.
