For the absolute miniscule potential gain why even bother. You're clearly new if you're asking this which means you have gains galore before even hitting a barrier where you have to even consider your programing and other factors.

I don't waste my money on that trash. Pointless. Eat well, sleep well, and work hard.

Was your old account Wesley or something? Nice name change man.

I agree, though. IMO creatine and a lot of supplements, all physiology aside, for me anyway, are more or less a placebo if you will. If I think I'm taking something, regardless of what it is, I'll train harder to try and maximize the effect.

It's like my buddy who took this "shred" pill which legit had no fat burning or thermogenics in it, not even caffeine, but it made him clean his diet up and start doing cardio and he credits it to the pills and not his hard work.

TL;DR.. it will work, but is it worth it. If you're new, you're going to make gains. If you have the extra money to spend, sure why not, it won't hurt anything

Not gonna call you guys virgins, but creatine means 2kg / 5lbs of free muscle for me. Getting packed real quick with it.

i wouldnt say im knew, i fell off the wagon for a good 4 years and am starting working out again. i've taken it in the past when i use to workout and noticed strength gains after usage. coming back i looked into it and found some conflicting views so i asked yall.

while were on the topic of noobie gains, is that a one time kinda thing ? coming back from 4 years off from working out or anytrhing really physical can i expect that shit again?

After 4 years all your gains are permanently deleted. You are like a soft baby learning how to walk.
