I wouldn't skip meals. the two best ways to do it are break up into like 5 meals a day, or intermittent fasting. really impractical to do the in between. as far as the tracking, unless you were only eating one meal a day before and severly slowed your metabolism, you would be dropping weight with those numbers. now if you were eating one meal a day, you wouldnt be that weight to begin with, because you wouldnt take in your maintenance in 1 meal.

i find it more convenient eating this way, dont have time during work to eat.

convenience and losing weight just arent two things that go that well together sadly. Are you able to at least sneak in a quick protein bar or something? one of the biggest issues is that the human body can only use like 30ish grams of the protein you eat in a meal and the rest goes to waste. try to spread it out through the day so you get the most out of it while trying to stay in an anobolic state.

i'm pretty sure its been proven that eating 5 small meals a day or more is a myth. I know a lot of people when doing keto or in general keep to eating 2 meals a day, albeit majority does lunch dinner i believe?

@OP Do what you wish in terms of meal frequency per day. Lower end of what is optimal is probably 3, but 2 could also work for you. Optimal would be to have a meal with protein on either side of your workout, 4-6 hours between them. Your total protein is also low. Go for about 2 grams of protein / kg of body weight, or 1 g / lb bodyweight for convenience.

And wtf is keto coffee with 240kcal? Please don't say bulletproof

For my coffee I use a tbsp of ghee, and a tbsp of MCT oil. And 3 drops stevia. As for protein, going by 1g/lb of body weight would be to much protein for being on keto and keep me out of it. Hence it's only around 20% of my macros.

If you haven't done keto before, 6days isn't enough to get into ketosis.

Try eating in an 8 hour window, do cardio fasted in a.m.

Actually count your kcal, you look to be severely underestimating. If not, I'd go see an endocrinologist

Buy test strips, do 14 full days <15g carbs, test yourself, if not in ketosis try every week til you are. Maintain that for 4 or so weeks, then I'd probably switch to very low carb long term, going into ketosis only a couple times year. Once you're fat adapted its pretty easy to transition quickly.
