If i haven't lifted any weights for a week, my subconsciousness starts killing me.

Also took a long break after blowing out my knee hiking last summer which took until fucking February this year to heal and now it still gets agitated (Bursitis in my leg).

Back into it now through. Will film 600 Lb D/L this year. But likely due to set backs i'm thinking early January, that gives time for 1.5 training cycles (half way through one now).

Just started my creatine cycle. I expect a solid 5lbs of muscle within the first couple of weeks!

tommy, what happened man?

Started playing a lot of call of duty, working 40 hours. At a point I was just like ehh lifting sucks, video games are much more fun.

Then now I see all these swole alphas, and I'm like damn, I used to at least be on my way to being that. So now I'm gonna stick to a simple, relatively easy regimen, and just keep as dedicated as I can.

starting out again when you have to take a break or just fall off sucks at first... then one day you wake up, pick the weights up, realize you are full beastmode and never want to look back

enjoy it man

Thanks man. I feel so weak, it's like damn I used to warm up with this weight.

Starting out after a long break is such a downer. If i haven't lifted any weights for a week, my subconsciousness starts killing me.

Yeah I used to feel guilty for that. I don't plan to miss any workouts, which is why I'll keep my plan pretty short and sweet this time.

Did 30 minute workout, sore as fawk today. Gonna have to progress back to the high frequency
