i've tried hundreds of sauces, most of which sucked, these are my favorites:

Tabasco habanero. i'm not a fan of tabasco at all, but this one sauce has an amazing sweet and smoky flavor to it, very distinct.

Gator hammock, a chunky sauce with a lot of kick, uses a few different peppers and really makes the flavor of the peppers shine. this is my personal all-around favorite.

and louisiana brand hot sauce. supermarket shit. lacks the vinegar taste that frank's and tabasco has, but has a respectable amount of heat. good on everything.

el yucateca red and black sauce. red is bright and tangy. black is deep and smoky. both go really, really well on a grilled cheeseburger. 2nd spiciest on this list, after gator hammock

Yeah Louisiana is decent for super market. Best salsa and suace comes from the farmers market I find.

I'm just going to have to start buying more up just to try them.

I mix ranch, caesar, sweet baby rays bbq, and thick red hot. Shit's bomb.com bruh
