Each one is diff since they're franchises so keep that in mind. Mine you can deadlift and I rarely hear the alarm go off. The dbs only go up to 75 at all the ones near me and they all switched to only smith machines now and got rid of the squat rack and free benches. It works fine for the most part though.

It's nothing but Smith machines and a few dumbbells.
I honestly get more use out of the massage chairs than anything else when I go. Those fuckers are always empty, so I sit in there for like an hour while I do my paperwork.
