1. Eat lots of healthy foods. Fruits / Veggies / Lean proteins.
2.Incorporate 30 minutes or more into your daily routine.
3. Do 100-200 pushups every day.
/// edit ; If you don't want to do 1. 2. or 3. simply do this; Calorie deficit. eat less calories than you burn. you will lose the tits it will just be a matter of time.
A couple of side tips...
Don't drink alcohol. Don't drink soda/sugary crap. The best time to do cardio is when you wake up on an empty stomach which helps burn fat most efficiently.
My best advice to eat healthy would be to invest in a blender and buy a lot of vegetables like kale and spinach, also buy frozen fruits and whatever fresh fruits are cheap/on sale. throw the greens and fruits into the blender and add water... you can make these smoothies taste pretty good with some practice and they are very healthy for you. Whenever you get a craving to eat junk food discipline yourself to instead go to the blender and make a kale shake... Tell yourself that you are going to wait 20 minutes after you have had your kale shake and that if you are still urging an unhealthy snack you can have it... 9 times out of 10 after the 20 minutes is up you will decide you are full from the healthy fibers in your kale shake, or at worst you wont gorge on as much of that shitty snack food as you otherwise would have.
The most important thing in getting rid of your "man boobs" is what you eat... You must realize "man tits" are simply fatty tissue cells. The only way to reduce body fat is to burn it off. Healthy foods and exercise will help you achieve your goals. Pushups wont "spot reduce" your chest fat, but it will help your chest become more muscular, and as your body becomes more muscular your body fat % will drop.
Good luck m8!
There is a lot of solid advice here.
I want to echo the advice of morning light mobility while in a fasted state. First thing I do each day is drink 2 cups of water w/ sea salt added, WALK a couple miles in the sun whilst taking deep breaths (my pace here is a slow leisurely enjoyable stroll), then I come home and do some light muscle training or flexibility for 10-15 minutes (such as yoga, foam rolling, dynamic stretching, foundation training, etc.), take a cold shower, and then have breakfast.
