When I'm starting to get sick I eat 2 cloves of cut garlic with a table spoon of honey within the morning on an empty stomach

I also drink a lot of coconut water and just water in general to assist with nutrient absorption. Also eat pineapple.

If you're serious about not getting sick, you'd just invest in stronger nutrition. I haven't been sick in about 7 years.

You still in Aus? Shits going around atm. Last week I had the same thing.

Best thing to do is get some over-the-counter stronk medicine. Lmk if you're in Aus and I'll tell you the best stuff the pharmacist recommended to me.

As well as popping multis, drinking plenty of water, and trying to eat as much food as you can stomach.
