Hit rear delts, do banded scapular retractions, hanging scrap depressions. Kneeling kettle bell halos, lying kb armbar. Lying external rotations with very light weight.

Minimize pressing movements for the next month or so.

This will help build shoulder stabilization through the rotator cuff strengthen and rear delts.

yea... not "all".

if your posterior chain is weak and is causing injuries...then you need to correct it.

Army the past 7 years.

Yeah I took another week of and hit it again yesterday. My shoulders are at the point now I can't even do 5 pushups without them collapsing from fatigue. This is scary lol.

I feel like it might be a nerve problem.

if theyre getting bigger and you havent mentioned any shooting pains away from your shoulders its probably not a nerve problem. record yourself benching and doing a set of push ups

Did you take any advice from this thread or just thought push-ups would be a great idea to fix the problem?
