LOL there are tons of sleep disorders characterized by daytime sleepiness/somnolence (which is moreso what you are describing)...sleep apnea is dx'd by breathing cessation during the night causing you to wake up repeatedly aggravated by a variety of things (commonly due to being a fat fuck, but also other causes)

Since you seem to be getting shit for content here...I'm in the same boat. Just actually did a sleep study a few weeks ago and was diagnosed as well. My motivation is coming from looking at what I used to look like at the age of 18-19. I was 5'10 at 187 pounds, and looked pretty decent. Now I feel awful, and haven't had the energy to be active and fit, I literally come home from my desk job exhausted and just want to sleep.

If you've been slim in the past, look at yourself then, and just think about how awesome it would feel to be able to be confident in yourself again. If you've never been fit, just watch some pron and imagine being one of those fit dudes.

ive always been a bigger kid, ever since like grade 2, i am 20 now and i need to make a change but my varius medical problems stop me

if you need outside motivational sources, you don't want it bad enough.

motivation fades. discipline lasts.
build your discipline first.

make it a priority, and you'll be fine
