I think I remember my diet..
Breakfast: Egg white goulash with mushrooms and bacon and a side of pork roll "disgusting, but it gave me a boost of cals"
Snack: Beef steak "Jack links" or some jerky
Lunch: Chicken breast, broccoli and some sort of cheese, usually goat cheese
Snack: low carb protein shake
Dinner: Tuna with EVOO mayo, slivered almonds, celery and cheese on top
Snack before bed: Handful of almonds and serving of cottage cheese
I'd snack on some cheese every once in awhile when times were tight. I managed to lose close to 150 lbs out of high school in 1.5 years with dieting and working out daily.
I'd recommend some sort of yogurt and some sort of fiber supplement, because this diet will make you constipated as fuk.
Also, check SKCs sticky, I followed his diet for the first 6 months and started tweaking it later down the road. My above diet Is a super rough layout of what I used to do, I'm sure the macro split is completely off.
