Hey!
Just a quick update!

I keep doing my "workout" every day, sit ups, burpees, abs, push ups, however I do not feel any change in my capacity to do them, I am still kind of weak in fact, I cannot hold a 8min workout fully.
I am still motivated, but I feel like what I am doing (I noticed no change except that I might have lost some hips fat). I don't feel like I'm losing fat.

Should I do these workout twice a day? Once in the morning and once in the afternoon / evening, or what should I do?
Is this normal that I do not notice and good change after a week and a half? Lmk~~

you cant target an area to lose weight.
just improve your diet and up your cardio

listen buddy, I'll make this simple before one of these wannabe science nerds get in here to completely rip on you for not knowing a specific chemical compound

you can't lose fat without being on a caloric deficit (eat less then your body's daily requirement)

so by this law, you can't maintain your weight while losing fat, you're also going to lose a little muscle as well (fuck off before you guys talk about bf recomp this guys new)

You look a little porky so if I were you, I'd focus on maintaining my muscle mass while losing fat (eat at a caloric deficit but eat a lot of protein and lift hard)

once you can see your abs is when I'd start a lean bulk, this means you eat over your caloric deficit but with healthy foods that have complex carbs instead of simple etc. to insure you'll put on mainly muscle rather than fat

feeling a bit sick today so I won't be able to train, getting dizzy every now and then, feel like faiting. Anyways yes I will try to focus on eating less, I have already been doing that and there's no eating in between meals (only after working out i'm eating a banana and a kiwi).
I will however keep working out 5/7 or 6/7 depending on how I feel, but hopefully I will see the results soon enough (cause there's none visible yet besides seeing some sort of triceps on my arm :D )

This

particularly after your workout, you should just smash some food.

snacking on fruit is like a "Oh I'll have lunch in an hour but I'm a little hungry now"
