what are you doing for prep?
the pain of prep is really NEVER worth it unless you're competing or modelling.

i cant imagine you're doing what you would be doing 4 weeks out.

with ~4 weeks left my diet consists of this:

will prob drop to 1800-1900 cals after next week.

started the cut at about 2500 cal, been reducing cals every 2-3 weeks by taking out carbs.

are you doing your 45 minutes of fasted HIIT on the stair master in the morning?
and half hour of steady state at night?

i haven't been doing fasted hiit in the mornings.

been doing 20 min hiit post lift every day. i lift 6 days per week.

fasted hiit is generally a must when competing.
i dont know a single competitor that doesn't.

its also the best fat loss tool you can ever use.
youd of lost 10-15 more lbs easily after 4-5 weeks of it if not more.

yeah, im not competing right now which is why i wasnt doing it, but i wanna prep as if i were competing to see what its like.

i will probably start some morning hiit next week and continue to do it until the end of the cut. I want to hit 8% bf or less. currenty at 11.2%
