Yeh but high T levels not associated with high vit D!

http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/fn-an/nutrition/vitamin/vita-d-eng.php

Tolerable upper level intake is 4000 iu's for male adults. I'm not sure I'd take more than that. I just go with the 1000 iu I get from the pill I have.

"The IOM report states that there are no additional health benefits associated with vitamin D intakes above the level of the new RDA." ; RDA = 600 IU per day in male adults.

I'm sure there's reasons to load on vit D for a bit, or consistently take more than recommended, if there's an identified issue by a doctor. But otherwise... I go by above.

I currently sleep in a basement with no windows. Moving out with the gf next year, she demanding I marry her and stuff. I'll need less vitamin D next year.

Still tho, shit gets scary when you experience side effects and have to pull back on supplements.

Proteins/fats/carbs. Eat enough of these along with your veggies and disregard all supplements.

I'll take the advice of my doc over the internet but maybe you're right and I'm dying

Curious why your dr said to take that much. And this was an MD I assume?
