Are you stressed? If so, rip the rest of your life/daily activities. I'm guessing so since you're dealing with injuries. Seems like I'm always in that boat.

11 kg does sound quite dramatic

I lost ~ 10 kg when I came back from Thailand with literal aids

And my bw is much higher

It could be a thyroid issue or a Vitamin D issue, or, as some folks guessed, S.A.D. or fatigue. Or of course something else.

Consider getting a blood panel done for thyroid if you haven't had that done in the last 1-2y. If anything seems out of order, get a more thorough thyroid panel done (the standard test is limited).
