Well Crossfit will have carryover to OL, the conditioning and the amount exercises will only make you a better lifter when (if) you commit to OL ;) .
im weighing in at 105 right now... been really shitty consistency wise lately cuz my pops passed away and motivation is out the door for now.
hoping to get back into it and looking to snatch 140 and c&j 160 by the end of the year!
