Developed upper traps is so unappealing on a variety of levels.

You should be able to get enough trap activation with other work.

Shrugs not even once.

Traps and forearms are what make you look strong. I question if people even lift if they have baby traps.

I wouldn't go that far but I will say that I usually associate good traps with good strength, because people with traps either enough that their traps pop or they lift (often) enough to put time into their traps, in which case they're probably strong, too. I don't think they're aesthetically displeasing at all. I think they're a good look that projects strength.

Big traps make you look like a moron that doesn't know a single thing about the human body. Especially if I see you doing anything less than a squat with at least parallel depth or any sort of control on any eccentric contraction.

This is a pretty silly statement... I guess if you're talking about only having traps that are terribly disproportional to the rest of your body I could kinda see what you mean? but that goes for really any muscle group lol.

Good traps+shoulders can take a mediocre upper body to looking way more aesthetic and like a beast.

Braxton wuit trying to cover up the fact u trained traps straight for a year and saw no gainz bruh

heavy deads build your traps.. that's legit all I do for mine. Traps are aesthetic as fuck if you're even moderately built otherwise you got a long ass giraffe neck looking like Harry Potter got his wand up your dickhole

The human body wasn't exactly built for huge upper traps. Unless you're training them for a certain reason that requires it, there is literally no point. Let's not forget that it makes you look ridiculous in a regular shirt.

If you have large traps and can't go through the full range of motion that the human body is capable of in a squat or can't control your weight, you look like a goon. My statement is pretty accurate.

I haven't done specific upper trap work in years. You can get upper trap gains from carrying all of your groceries from your car in one trip. Why the fuck would you waste the time in the gym to do that shit?
