and you're on a video game forum asking for advice why?

Perfectly normal for people to seek out others who are going through the same thing though

For the same reason anyone coming into this sub forum and asks for advice / input / suggestions and other people's experiences that can relate to said person. Someone who's gone through or experienced something of the same nature and gives you there personal experience input is just as helpful as say a physiotherapist who hasn't experienced it, only researched and knows how the body and more works.

Me asking for peoples experiences with said issue is no different then someone starting out asking others on what has lead them to there successes in the gym....

people don't experience conditions in the same way. that's why we go to doctors. if every single person who had ever in their life had issue x, and issue x required exactly the same rehabilitation and therapy, doctors/therapists in numerous fields would be out of jobs. those people who haven't experienced it have decades of observing subtleties of a syndrome in potential lieu of having experienced it themselves.

that is a very different issue than asking someone what exercises work quads or how to build muscle.

I have it in both knees and torn meniscus in my right knee. Surprisingly enough, my left kneed hurts more than my right. (Diagnosed by orthopedic surgeon) Shit sucks, I feel ya brah.
