Doing everything so you never get good at anything.
Aka doing weightlifting, powerlifting, calisthenics and some bodybuilding

Super sets or go home.. no pain no gain. Run the rack
this mixing it up is pivotal when it comes to gains, don't forget resistance bands. I like to mix in resistance bands every day just for something different to confuse the muscles.
also this, research and ask people that are clearly successful what lifts they recommend and advise against. depends on yourself as well if you have bad knees look into alternatives than squats or things like that are hard on knees.
Yeah mixing it up is extremely important. Especially if your doing the different types of exercises that work completely different areas like plaad said.

dont let anyone ever tell you that full lumbar extension is a safe position for your spine
I'm going to take it a bit further and remind people that any area with a joint when doing extremely heavy lifting that pausing at a full extension is terrible on the joint, you should get a full range of motion but be sure your not pausing at the point that puts pressure on said joint.

Consistency. Eating the exact same amount every day, exact same thing. Lifting the exact same weight, for the same amount of reps everyday. Ain't gonna get anywhere unless you're consistent.
Consistency in being sure your exercising with regular intensity and have your diet in check is important. You shouldn't lift the same weight for same reps lol. Gotta progressively overload your body and also mix it up when you plateau.
