Not much to respond to when you just say lol. I didn't know if you were being sarcastic since fast food is obviously unhealthy or if you think it is healthy in which case we can talk about that.

sounds like he's in college and has the option of a food court based on what he, you know, actually said... the choices probably aren't that unhealthy considering all things

Fair enough. Although duff isn't in college anymore so he could eat whatever. But you wouldn't know that since he didn't say either way.

there's a subway here too and the mexican place lets you choose vegetables/chicken on some pita bread type stuff

half the time i cook my own meals (quinoa, veggies, chicken) but the other half i eat whatever is available at the foodcourt in the lobby

Just do keto bro, then all that sodium and fat you're getting won't be as big of an issue.

Yeah I hear you I generally eat out a lot and you can hit whatever fitness goals with frequent fast food. Just use an app like myfitnesspal to track what you're eating so you don't end up going over in calories so you can stay on track.
