sugar as fuel really only works in endurance athlete (marathoners and gels) and even then those people have it figured out down to a science on how their body works with glucose and glycogen between the digestive tract, blood, and muscles.
whatever, hope they got dental insurance.
It makes my ADHD go in overdrive and I become strong like a bear. Where is the science in that?
