Just didn't realize it would come on so fast, it's so painful I can barely walk around, I'm at the gym last night... standing there in agony. The only thing I ate before going was yogurt+ Granola and a clif bar and some pre workout. I know its not the pre workout cause I've been on for awhile.

My sister is lactose intolerant since birth and I'm pretty sure it's a hereditary thing, could be just my time to get it lol

Have you always consumed dairy or was there a period recently where you stopped and then started again? I'll bet it only takes a few weeks to a months of not eating lactose in some cases to lose your ability to digest it

iirc some humans, with age, lose the ability to effectively process dairy products and it's a bit different than straight up lactose intolerance. yes it's due to going too long without consuming dairy.

something to do with the biological anomaly of adults (see: non-infants) actually consuming milk. we're not supposed to from a genetic point of view. anyways, those good bacteria all up in our gut adapt to our absurd habits in order to tolerate it.

you're a dairy lightweight now, and i can drink you under the table :flex:

what about yogurt though

probiotics = more enzymes
yogurt = dairy product itself
