Many sources for it just google.
Thought it was well known by now. When fruit is for freezing it's picked at peak nutritional value and usually froze and packed in hours.
it's common sense that "fresh" fruit sucks, as the shipping process basically necessitates it being picked prematurely to avoid spoliation as it is transported and sits on the shelf.
fruit does not all ripen at the same time, though, and a company is concerned with profit at the expense of most other considerations. I really doubt that there is any serious effort put toward the aim of picking fruit at the absolute peek of it's nutritional density beyond that which would yield the company more money; and as is evinced by the terrible quality of fresh fruit for which people have perpetually voted with their money, it doesn't make a lot of sense to assume massive companies give enough of a shit to pick frozen fruit at the apex of nutritional density.
and just a quick search on google actually revealed that "study after study" show fresh and frozen produce to have similar nutritional values regarding a specific fruit in both forms.
so you should probably post sources. broscientists regurgitate mythic information and when questioned they cite the rampant indoctrination that has permeated their broscientist cult as evidence instead of actual sources.
and actually, ripe vs unripe fruits and vegetables have different nutritional profiles, so it is funny if in fact fresh and frozen have similar nutritional values, as it would reflect that they are of (or were picked with) a similar degree of ripeness-- and what do we know about fresh fruits and vegetables?
