How do you guys feel about them ?!
I can't seem to put on enough weight. Thoughts on them ?
Just curious.
Been working out tons, no mass gains at all. However, my strength is going up.
Thanks.
Habib!

They can help, so can eating more in general. Eggs are pretty nice little gainer snacks. Only about 120 calories each, but they add up. Oatmeal, nut butters ...
If you want lean gains, protein and healthy fats are the way to go; if you're using up CHO as glycogen at a solid rate, carbs won't hurt as much.
Creatine can also do the trick if you need another 2-15 pounds (results vary a lot, it depends on your starting point, etc.). It's a muscle volumizer, pure and simple.
Weight gain is incredibly easy: you just eat more of anything.
Lean mass gain is based on your dedication to protein, for the most part. It also depends in part on the health of your mitochondria, your metabolism of macros, whether you're in an anabolic state often enough ... that's where eating frequent meals with protein helps: on the anabolism front.
