everyone's life/schedule changes pretty often, i hear you on that. when life is kind of lax and you're able to take lifting religiously, it's great.

as someone who's life's stupidly busy atm, all i can do is at least stay "fit", get in cardio wherever i can, and stay eating healthy. it's a little compromise, but at least in my mind, thinking of it that way makes me feel a little less badly about not having the time to dedicate like i used to. gains have halted, but staying fit is pretty easy.
