being fit / good physique =/= healthly though i'd give a mild correlation but variable is mostly because people who work on being fit also take care of their health
its true you can eat whatever the fuck you want as long as your working your ass off in the gym still. eat big to get big but honestly feeling sluggish and shit eating pizza is such a shitty feeling
definitely should rotate from bulking to shredding back to bulking back to shredding and repeat
