its true you can eat whatever the fuck you want as long as your working your ass off in the gym still. eat big to get big but honestly feeling sluggish and shit eating pizza is such a shitty feeling

definitely should rotate from bulking to shredding back to bulking back to shredding and repeat

you probably lost it elsewhere too, if belly fat's the only one noticeably showing, and you lost fat overall, you probably will only notice the loss in where you noticed was fat to begin with... zzzzz
