Rofl so sad, even majority of kids i see either slamming back coffees or aderol or Ritalin to help them study and they still do shitty.
I specifically didn't seek out help because of:
- avoidance of going to the doctor
- stubbornness
- doing things on your own if you can builds up grit and ethic
However, I didn't build up certain work ethic. And once I finished my English Major / History Minor I got into a grad program. I finished that grad program (1 year), but the line of work wasn't for me (education field). So then I went to business. Finished my first semester without any medical help, but with about a 68% average. Could've easily done better if I could've concentrated. I'd force myself through my work, loved the work, but it was difficult sitting and focusing.
Now I'm in second semester, had difficulties approaching my work. Following through on what I knew how to do has always been difficult. Sitting and focusing on a sentence, very difficult. All my life, difficult.
So now I tried methylphenidate. It's just okay. So now I'm trying to figure it all out.

Odds are good that you haven't even developed a constant therapeutic concentration in your blood after 2 days. You won't see the full effects of the drug until after maybe 5. Just like with creatine, there is a "loading period " with any chronic drug
Hope so

Still going at it one dose a day, similar timing.
