just got back home from the gym ran it straight on 8mph for 7.30

next goal will be 7 minutes but it may take a couple weeks cause the 7.30 really pushed me then i worked legs Friday is legs day.. so now my legs are so tired

anyone else run ? What is every one else's fastest mile ?

Great stuff man! An excellent accomplishment.

In your question about what everyone else has for a mile time it's important not to compare yourself too much to others. You will find that your mile time is far greater than many people, but others will amaze you with how fast they can run it. Some runners feel great about performing a personal best only to get discouraged when they compare themselves to someone who is much faster. The point I am making is in the world of running, the best competition you can face is the competition of beating YOURSELF. Don't compare yourself to others. Work towards becoming better and beating your own previous bests.

On that note I can run near a 5:00 minute mile, and last week ran for an hour on the treadmill at 9.5 MPH with the last minute @ 14 MPH for a sprinting finish. And last month PR'd in the 5k with a time of 18:23 (5:55 pace per mile) Note; Ive only been running for 221 days now (in a row- i've been doing a "running streak")

Since I've started this "Running Streak" I have had many positive improvements in my life including physical and mental advancements.

I really do think that running is a great exercise, at least for myself, I know it is.

Before I started running I was lifting 4 days a week and doing slow cardio a couple of times a week. Since I started my running streak I noticed that I got more addicted to running and haven't been doing as much strength training. Surprisingly, my body seems to have only gotten more "ripped" / "shredded" since running more and lifting less. I attribute this to far more calories being burned as a runner than with my lifting routine before. That being said I have lost some pure strength in exercises such as bench press and shoulder press, yet I can do more pull ups and push ups (since I've lost weight) Also I can still curl quite a bit and beat most ANYONE in an arm-wrestle even people who outweigh me by a hundred pounds (I have freakish arm strength)

As aforementioned running HAS taken away from some of my upper body strength, but not NEARLY as much as I thought it would when I started, and I even thought my body might look like a gross marathoner skinny/fat physique as the internet grossly states. When I researched runners bodies and the effects of running on the internet I found that many websites and opinions BLASTED running saying it will make you look "skinny/fat" and disgusting like a holocaust survivor who just walked out of Auschwitz. I watched some youtube videos like "6 pack shortcuts" which tells people not to run or jog because it will make them fat... My personal experience with running has been wholly positive, despite what seems to be the majority of the internet outlook on the negatives of running. I have since gotten more shredded, lost body fat and KEPT most of my muscle on my body. I have come to learn that at least for me, fat burns off FAR EASIER than muscle which has stayed on my body even though I do strength training far less now. And I have come to laugh at such nonsense like "6 pack shortcuts" and other online fitness regimes which specifically try to scare you OUT of running, and try to manipulate you into buying their product which ONLY IT can get you ripped. What nonsense LOL.

The best benefits from my "running streak" experience though, have been mental gains. Sure it has been great being able to sleep better, become more shredded, have increased endurance and in some aspects strength, even seeing a 6 pack starting to pop out is awesome. But I have found that I can think more clearly, I feel smarter, more relaxed, more patient, more confident and I have maintained a positive attitude that I can accomplish anything I set my mind to. It is a wonderful feeling indeed.

You are a virgin at 27 you have no rights

Settling for whales so people can't call you a virgin is cool. Given the choice to have sex with anything you've actually fucked? I'd rather suck my own dick

You realize the fastest olympic sprint for 100m is barely under 10 seconds, right? That's just for the sprint, all gas burned in 100m.

Your "Friends" time is like running at a pace of 16sec/100m the whole way. Doubtful, nice e-stat though. A better lie is like 4:40
