define natural. 20% down to 10% is achievable in 3-5 months by anyone.

ECA stack would get 'er done
sauna time would get 'er done
cardio4life would get 'er done

but mostly, it's about diet change and just adding consistent, intense exercise into the fold. you can't just plug in an easy solution, you must attack it on multiple fronts.

If you want to get a 6 pack I recommend doing cardio at LEAST 4 days a week and strength training 4 days a week.

what's in 4 months?

keep working out anyways. the lower your bf% the more noticeable small gains are, obviously. and with a little higher bf% the easier it is to make gains, imo.

this short-term "summer body" facade is why all these whack job weight loss kooks are rolling in money, it's bullshit, fitness is a long long long term thing. you will look different in 4 months (see: newbie gains) but don't set your hopes too high on this image in your head of being "ripped".
