i had the tension headache's myself... didnt have the ringing in my ear though

i went to the DR and had a OMT done.. it helped big time.. something u can look into for sure no more tension headache's now... i would get them so bad i would have to go to the ER and get pain shots in my hip

OMT will work wonder's especially if u have never had it done.. worth a try at least as long as u got medical insurance u should be fine assuming u live in the U.S

Not yet man I'll go for it this weekend. I have noticed something though on my treadmill I've been running on a small incline. I went to gym and ran on there's and was so much easier on zero incline lol. So I'm pretty confident I can get that 7.30 mile. And something else I've noticed is the max speed on my treadmill only goes up to 8 mph so idk what to do when I max it out and get that 7.30 mile. I'll keep you updated buddy :)

I've been taking magnesium but haven't tried the melatonin, thanks for the tip

saw a chiropractor today. he said the back of my neck was tightened up like a vice grip and showed me some movements i'm supposed to do to get it to loosen up gradually over time

he thinks that the left side of my jaw is fucked up and thats whats causing the ringing in my left ear, because I dont have the ringing in both ears and it get exacerbated by toxins such as alcohol and poor diet he thinks it should be able to correct itself over time with some jaw movements he showed me
