id vote mens health just because bret contreras does articles for them sometimes

but 90% of it is overhyped bs and/or marketing bs

Well... based on all of those opinions, sounds like neither lol, or slightly leaning men's health.

Does anyone have a good magazine in general as an option? And no... signing up for a magazine/refunding and pocketing the $15 is not an option, I'm not poor, I don't need to throw a gift away like that lol

How about a magazine like science and you can actually read the research papers and reach conclusions based on primary sources.

Men's Health has some great information in it.

People in this thread salty aF about magazines probably enjoy burning their retinas looking at cellphones all damn day.

Get a refund, use google or youtube guys such as Omar Isuf, Eric Helms, Alan Thrall...

If you actually read through and are critical of the articles barely any of them actually come from an authority on training with actually evidence to back up what they're saying.
