I mean if i get the flu this winter....what can i do with the addition of starvation to help reduce shoulder muscles?

everyday is upper body day....



u lost alot of weight to try to target muscle loss on shoulders specifically

i go out and actually work out my shoulders

it just happens naturally with my lifestyle

so i tried starving myself for awhile to see what my shoulders would look like without any fats.

it's just the same size but it looks bulkier for some reason.

yeah cause i was probably sitting around 9%-14% body fat. Probably more towards 14%.

Im just tired of looking like im flexing.
