Just briefly glanced at it. Looks basically like a 5 day bro split. 8-10 rep range isn't really getting a lot of love from me though.

If that's the workout he did, you have to remember that he wasn't natty. It looks like an insane amount of stress put on the CNS, especially with that full body day doing Olympic lifts.

I'm personally a fan of not making it really complex. This semester I would lift once or twice a week and would do the same 6 or so lifts hitting whole body in an hour. For my back, I would only do 6 sets of lat pulldowns and 6 of cable rows, controlling the whole movement and really hammering the eccentric motion and my back has never been bigger.
