6 ft, 195 lbs is my dream weight. Just keep building muscle.

I'm the same height but struggling to get to that 190 marker while being at 180.
But congrats man, keep at it.

how long have you been lifting, could it be newbie gains? at least you can say you've lost body fat.

props to you, i could never commit to running. 9 minutes isn't bad at all.

been lifting almost three month's now.. go to gym around 3-4 days a week

doing lots of hills sprints helped my mile a ton. sprint up, jog down slowly. it's so taxing that any regular running after that seems easy

Lol wat.

Do sprints to improve your mile op, good luck.

What are your true goals op? Bc if it's being lean and lean, running miles or 5k runs or whatever is not your best option lol

honestly when i started my goal was to lose some weight from running... but then i started going to the gym and started lifting so the weight hasn't really left but i am still getting lean if that makes sense

but my goal is to just be healthy and stay in shape pretty much doing what im doing cause i feel good right now.. running twice a day and lifting 3-4 days a week.. i might just need to work on my core more though and get my abs back ;)

Great stuff man! The key to getting a faster mile time is to run more. If you run about 3-5 miles per week now try increasing this to 7-10 miles per week slowly over time.

You will drop your mile time SIGNIFICANTLY and feel great! Best of luck mate and congrats on the 9 minute mile.
