Unless you're a new lifter, completely blessed with genetics, or on the gas, you will never put on 10 lbs of muscle in a year. But good luck to you

what the fuck? get real.

Maybe you're used to lazy people.

10lbs in 12 fucking months?

lol

Have you stuck to something hardcore for 3-5 months?

You gain so much weight if you keep eating..

lots of hardcore athletes can gain 20-35 lbs that first year for college.

10 lbs a year is possible for anyone. Unless your average person is wayyyyyy fucking lazy and weak in your eyes.

i mean that's like what? 25-35 lbs of weight in one year? assuming you did it wrong and you gained all sorts of fats lol

dedication and food is everything.

Gotta learn how to eat correctly if you want insane gains.

I just gain so much weight from wrestling. We focus on losing muscle/fats. Cause gaining muscle is just the results of serious wrestling lol

10 lbs of muscle a year man...come on.

Are you calculating dried dehydrated muscle or something? Like 10 lbs of muscle fiberS?

lol

They're talking about strictly muscle. You can obviously easily gain 10 lbs in a short amount of time but there's fat and water weight in that. They like to nitpick/correct people whenever a beginner says that without explaining themselves so it can confuse people.
