I want to be able to last 20-30 min with my girlfirned I last about 5-6 now how can I increase my endurance without losing the pleasure

Put a sped-up timer on the nightstand, that way you can tell her you lasted XX minutes when it's actually was the usual 5-6min.

Anal can work if her strap-on ain't too big.
