Where does this bro science come from? Creatine simply allows you to recover faster and therefor train harder. It doesn't make you fat at all.

Interesting. Searched for creatine in my pharm book and got this

Creatine contains a substance that is found in muscle and naturally occurs in red meat and other dietary sources. No scientific data is available for its effects on either energy or for athletic performance. Also says to drink plenty of fluids to avoid kidney damage and should only use for short term

I'm aware of the studies just posted what's in my pharmacology textbook since I was surprised. It doesn't go into any other detail unfortunately just has a little blurb on it in a random box about supplements.
