i can walk into any gym and instantly conjure up a bodybuildling routine
but im almost at a loss when it comes to something like this.
What exactly are the goals? Being able to throw a 300 pound guy on your back and walk down stairs? Snagging a dude falling from a building and being able to hold on for hours?
Happens in movies so it must happen every day in real life.
Seriously though, you're looking for flexibility, endurance in muscle function, and cardio?
