yeah 100% will be.
im pretty new to this plyo calisthenic kinda lifestyle so im open to help as much as possible.

i can walk into any gym and instantly conjure up a bodybuildling routine

but im almost at a loss when it comes to something like this.

What exactly are the goals? Being able to throw a 300 pound guy on your back and walk down stairs? Snagging a dude falling from a building and being able to hold on for hours?

Happens in movies so it must happen every day in real life.

Seriously though, you're looking for flexibility, endurance in muscle function, and cardio?

yeah basically,
being able to run 10k with barely breaking a sweat.

100 push ups + easily
20-30 pull ups easily.

core training
flexibility
endurance style training, being able to do x task over and over again, or for x amount of time.

Cross fit wouldn't be that bad tbh, tons of people in the army do it as their training of choice

people who join the army aren't typically that smart thought, so I wouldn't copy them.
