Pretty good actually. I get tiered a bit more often, but that's a mix of pushing myself 7 days a week and the diet. I take a scoop of pre-workout about 30 minutes before I lift each day, so it keeps me pretty alert the rest of the night.

Also thanks to everyonesee encouragement. Any advice or insight on things is always welcome. I'm still really new to lifting and dieting, so advice from people with years of experience is always nice.

I didn't, but I don't get why youd post if you have no advice or anything nice to say? I don't mind realistic criticism about my methods of losing weight or maybe bad form, but no need for just random posts out of rudeness.
