It won't do any bad for your body, only your wallet. It might make marginal improvements (other than placebo) in your body and more or less notable impact in your wallet, depending on your paycheck.

Is it worth it for a person who wants to get fit? Fuck no. Is it worth it when you're battling for the number five spot in Mr. Olympia? It's worth the fucking try.

If you're already drinking proton roidshakes, then you wont be needing an amino supplement (if at all)

Whey protein concentrate, or WPC, containing about 80 percent whey protein by weight is a commonly available type of whey supplement. It contains the following essential amino acid profile measured in mg/g of protein: leucine, 105 mg; lysine, 93 mg; tyrosine, 32 mg; cysteine, 21 mg; isoleucine, 63 mg; valine, 58 mg; threonine, 69 mg, tryptophan, 18 mg; histidine, 17 mg

Well, you could buy it off amazon and/or eat foods high in tryptophan. (chicken, turkey, fish, eggs, etc.)
Per 26 grams, whey protein also has a tryptophan content of 244mg.
Out of curiosity, why do you ask about tryptophan specifically?

So untrue. Lol
I mean, maybe NEED. But there are so many benefits of different types of supplements out there that can really improve your life.

It's still banned in Sweden (and most of europe I think), just wondered if the US had lifted the ban on it and started using it in supplements.

Some company in Japan made a bad batch that resulted in people getting EMS and some of them died.
US apparantly lifted the ban ~15 years after that, but I think a lot of other countries still have it banned.
