Depends on your genetics as well

Some people can eat half a pound of bacon and 6 eggs every day for 60 years and stay healthy

Others eat clean and still have heart disease in their 50's

No, high carbohydrate intake is also a major (if not leading( cause of atherosclerosis. Cholesterol has gotten a bad name but it is now being realized that it's not the top dog heart killer it was thought to be.

On that note, the oldest living woman (117) has been on a heavy egg diet for decades.

If you're active, you eat your greens, and you have a decent metabolism for fat, you can mow down on eggs without risk. At least according to what I have read.

You're mainly only advised to avoid whole eggs if you have elevated cholesterol or other health issues like diabetes. Cholesterol in food is just discretionary calories since your liver produces enough to where you don't need any from food.

dietary cholesterol doesnt have a direct correlation to cholesterol levels in your body. Eating eats will barely affect your levels lol
