0 hours. Quit gaming back in 2011 when I was 18. When I was a kid I thought I'd be gaming forever, but nowI find it really sad when I hear people above the age of 30 who still play games

Grew out of it, joined the navy, started college. Don't have time to play games anymore. Training is my new hobby yo.

I bought Uncharted 4 and Batman: Arkham Knight both at launch... Haven't opened Arkham and Uncharted 4 I only played for about 5 hours which is less than half the campaign.

???

I bet you a significant portion of the population thinks a male cheerleader past his confusion years in high school is sad.

But you enjoy it and its a fun hobby for you and that's a great thing How is it different than some guy in discord shooting the shit with his buddies on the weekend?

Hobbies are hobbies. People enjoy different things. Like I said its a great thing.

i play 20-30 mins every single morning before work, usually some puzzle games or quick reaction games like cs:go, anything brain-stimulating, it's like a jump start.

This.

Lifting weights as a hobby is no greater than playing games as a hobby. They're hobbies.

Well, that's incorrect haha.

Lifting improves your health and can make your life last longer. If not longer, than at least healthier in terms of the compression of morbidity (I believe that's what the idea is called).

Gaming can actually have negative effects on your life. Sedentary lifestyle, bad posture usually, etc.

That being said, you do you and whatever makes you happy.

I personally don't game as I spend way too much time in the library studying my ass off. The little free time I have is used for lifting, cooking meals, and watching tv shows while relaxing.

Usually game at least 1hr/day. Sometimes 2. So I put around 10hrs/week. Such a small amount of time in the scheme of your week too, bemusing to think anyone could find that "sad" or any other pejorative phrase you want to throw. This is mostly throwaway time at night after smoking some cannabis to relax a bit before sleeping.

Gaming in itself doesn't give you bad posture. It's just easy to forget about proper posture when gaming. Having a good ergonomic set up actually promotes proper posture.

That's why I said usually haha. I would say the majority of players don't have a good ergonomic setup and are using terrible posture throughout their gaming.

Agreed.

I'd go as far to say most people could avoid a lot of problems by adjusting their monitor to a proper position
