You're trying to preach to me that one scope of protein a day that is marginally different from another brand, 120 calories 20 to 30 grams of protein out of your total daily intake will have some kind of even remotely noticeable effect even over a long time frame.

My mind is blown. You have been brain washed, but I see now you're also the guy who went and dropped over 200 bucks at gnc.

lol im talking about casein versus whey versus whey isolate. theres def a difference of how your body uses it and when it should be used for optimal gains

i agree with this.
i dont even take protein, even when i was in contest prep.. not one protein shake.
