Beginner.

I honestly feel you just have to read and learn what works for you through a bit of trial and error. Example, I enjoy military press vs seated shoulder press. Because I enjoy it I go harder, I look forward to hitting that shit.

Some template won't necessarily = enjoyment. Enjoyment keeps you going hard.

1 to 1.5 Hours, go hard, 4 to 6 days a week you will see good results.

I remember when I started I went 6 days a week.

Deadlift, three accessories,
Bench, three accessories
Squat and ohp, one other leg moment and sometimes laterals
Rest
Repete, accessories sometimes change depending on what I just felt like.

Was great for a long time. I didn't follow a template and my numbers and size gains were sky rocketing.

Now I hit hard when I can, travel to the northern communities in Canada where gyms don't exist for weeks at a time has been rough.

It's just strange because I'm considered a beginner but I feel my body needs lots of volume to get the gains I want- and most PPL workouts for intermidate lifters incorporate a lot of volume
