what are does decline bench hit?

think about muscles worked?

think about what hypertrophy does? think about if u want to grow the muscle in that area

do u want a well rounded muscle? do u want to hit the muscle using different angles and variation?

id say yes

Good thing putting more questions in his tiny little head that his pea-sized brain cannot process and create a topic about bro

Hate the look of rounded pecs, I want those flat zyzz pecs, but cbf to do anything but flat bench for chest, even flat bench I hate. Sometimes I'll do dips just for tricep strangth

damn lots of people work out for purely superficial reasons

decline bench is a practical workout for functional strength, maybe even mobility in some circumstances... though i don't think most of us are lifting ourselves up over ledges too often.

with how often pecs and triceps are used together in everyday situations, consider training the whole muscle.

or not if you're a desk jockey. then who cares.
