Quit being a baby and do some cardio. Start running or cycling (not the type of cycling that people usually talk about in here.)

You don't have to exercise, exercise is only like 20% of weight loss

You could sit at home all day, drink bunch of water and eat 1500 calories of mostly good food a day and ull lose 2 pounds a week

You can try bodyweight exercises if u dont go to the gym, + run/walk outside

If you watch youtube videos you may discover 6packshortcuts and they will tell you the truth in that cardio makes you fat... ... ... LOL what a crock.

Ignoring cardio completely is:
1) Lazy
2) A stupid idea
and
3) Going to hinder lifting gains at some point

At least do it twice a week. When I cut I'll be biking 4x a week as a baseline. Pretty easy to go on a 30 minute bike ride.
