Ahh little tosk, you remind me of a younger version of myself, just fast forward give up bodybuilding cuz you'll never be a sikkunt, and take up powerlifting cuz you're fat and lazy and then you can pretend to be better than everyone else cuz u got a bigger skwot and dedlift than them.

Strength is incorporated in literally every lift ever done.

Especially when you're doing 8 reps per set.

You realize that every PPL is very similar, right?

you can build a nice body doing 5 different exercises... stop overthinking everything.

watch some youtube videos for a basic beginner routine and stick to it for a year

Pretty sure ogus has been training for 10+ years. A beginner shouldn't be following his routine anyways
