Muscle confusion is 95% of the battle.

The other 10% is supersetting.

Fam why change programs?

Honestly dude, just stick to what you've been doing. The idea holds some merit behind it, but you'll still make great progress after a couple months on the same program.

There are only so many ways to hit a muscle.

yeah

I've done PPL's a few times in my day. Just not for me, can't stand them and saw the most minimal gains while doing them. (for me)

im on that 5 day split life.

for the last 3 weeks i was doing 3 day split crew with no days off, was awesome LOL.
