Just adjust macros to match the calories burned from cardio.

If I ride my bike while on a bulk I would eat about 300-500 calories more for 30 minutes of biking, depending on how many calories I was already planning to eat in the day.

I have no clue what the effects of A LOT of cardio would be. I don't do more than 60 minutes of cardio normally, unless if you count hikes or walks.
